The Mayor and Mayoress of Louth, Councillor Darren and Mrs Sarah-Jayne Hobson, were delighted to officially open Perkins Pantry on Mercer Row in Louth this morning . The cafe/restaurant opens under the reins of Shawn Murray offering a menu of locally-sourced food made in the traditional way.
