Judging has taken place for the Lovely Louth 2020 floral competition and the organisers were delighted with the quality of the entries, even during the Coronavirus lockdown.
Winners and runner ups were as follows:
Class 5
1st – Harry Kerman, 7 Beckway and also awarded ‘Best in Show’
Runner Up – Barry Mountain, 11 Hunter Place
Class 4
1st – Sue Wilkinson and Michael Hobdon, 13 Kenwick Road
Runner Up – David Jennings, ‘Thuis’ 12 Meridian View
Class 3
1st – Maurice Foxon, Field House 3 Kenwick Pastures
Runner Up – Jan Radford, Blossom Cottage 11 Edward Street
Louth Town Council will be presenting the awards personally to winners and runner ups in September, but encourage residents of Louth to take a look around and enjoy some of the wonderful floral displays on show this summer.
