MAYOR OF LOUTH'S
Sunday 23rd September 2007 saw the Mayor's Civic Parade and Church Service take place and it was witness to a fantastic turnout of paraders including representatives of the the Army Cadet Force, the Air Cadet Force, the Guides, Brownies, Rainbows and Rangers, the Combined Cadet Force, the Fellowship of the Services, the Scouts and the British Legion. The Market Rasen RPC Band led the parade and over 15 civic dignitaries and their partners from around the county also attended. Reverend Richard Holden and the Team Parish of Louth arranged and presided over the proceedings at the Church Service at St. James’ and back at the Town Hall light refreshments were provided by Alvingham Caterers. The Mayor of Louth would like to thank all who were involved for their sterling efforts in making the day a roaring success. |
