QUEEN'S DIAMOND JUBILEE

You are hereby cordially invited to a Big Royal Picnic to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee on Sunday 3rd June 2012 in Hubbard's Hills.  Families are asked to bring a picnic mat and their own food and drink (no BBQ's please) and Louth Town Council have arranged for a magician, face painter, roving comedic acts, a musical steam organ, local folk rock bands, novelty singing groups and buskers to be placed at strategic points and some will circulate around for the duration of the event from 12pm to 6pm. It is hoped that the event will commence with a 'children’s procession' led by a local musician in 'Pied Piper' fashion where participants will be encouraged to be in fancy dress of a Royal theme - Kings, Queens, Prince and Princesses. There will be a fancy dress competition with royal / diamond themed prizes for the Best King, Queen, Prince and Princess and an ice cream voucher redeemable at the cafe for all those who enter.

So don your regalia and join us from 12
for what promises to be
a wonderful FREE celebration
of the
Queen's Jubilee!
